CyberSource aka Authorize.net sent an email saying that our store needs to be validated by July 30, 2010. Since the software is sold as PCI compliant what should I do? Do I have to use Trustwave?

There is a self assessment here https://www.pcisecuritys...ards.org/saq/index.shtml that I can use. But since I didn't write the software I don't know how to answer the questions.

Anyone else go through this?

From BV:

There are two components to PCI compliance. One is that you used a certified application like BV Commerce, the second is that your specific installation is scanned on a regular basis by a company like Trustwave. You will probably be required to have monthly scans by your credit card processing gateway.
