If i wanted to edit and change a workflow step, where would I do that? Is it in the core?

The task are located in the BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.BusinessRules You can however create your own or modify a current one with a different name if you do not want to change the core code. If I want to go in and modify a current one with a different name, is the existing one still in the core to get the code?
