I am using ver.5.6. I have a really simple question I need help with. Can my UPS Negotiated Contract rates be shown in my cart?
The rate that shows is off. What is this rate? Is there a rate chart i can refer to?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that your account-specific pricing is not showing in your cart but rather the list rates (which are presumably higher). Is that correct? My understanding, and I could be wrong, is that you can contact UPS and ask them to have their rate servers return your account pricing rather than list rates.

I have the same issue, Has anyone been able to get UPS to do this? If so how?
