Restore display and value fields for product modifiers ...

In BVC4 product choices had two usable fields: "Display" and "Value" . We used the display field for descriptions like "Large" and the Value field for part numbers like "LG -TUC 54-3801". BVC5 drops the the content of the value field. Product Modifiers section there is only a display setting with no value field.
