Since acquiring the rights to BV Commerce in December (see Marcus’s announcement), we’ve been busy building the next version of BV Commerce but also the infrastructure to properly support merchants (you!).

Support: it’s priority one
We started by creating a ‘coming soon’ website and setting up Facebook and Twitter accounts to quickly disseminate information, provide support, and show sneak peeks of BV Commerce 2013. Shortly thereafter we launched a new, improved forum so customers could search the wealth of knowledge that it holds, interact with one another, and get support from us. All existing content was migrated, including all forum user accounts and passwords. We will be sending a password reminder email to forum members in the near future. Lastly we setup a support ticketing system to track each customer issue and provide a guaranteed response within 24 hours during the work week (Mon-Fri).
