I tried to create a sale by an amount off site price. The amount will be below cost so I checked allow sale below cost. On the site the product still only shows cost, rather than the discount below cost.

We tested this today and it seems to be working correctly. However, if you have the "Check for Price Below Cost" workflow step in the Product Pricing workflow, it will override the sale setting. This is meant to be a global catch-all to prevent inadvertent underselling of products. If you want to sell products under cost simply remove this workflow step. |
