Hi - with one of our clients, they sometimes (a few times a week) get PayPal payments that fail with the following error message: This Express Checkout session belongs to a different customer. This Express Checkout session belongs to a different customer. Token value mismatch.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Other PayPal payments seem to go through fine. I'm curious if it's a timeout issue, or something similar.

Did you ever find the root cause of this problem? We received a support ticket today from a customer that's also experiencing this issue sporadically. |
