Is there a Foundation 4 version of the demo site?

Is foundation 4 being replaced with Bootstrap?

No, not anymore. You could always do a fresh install of BVC 2015-2015 SP2 to get a working Foundation 4 site. The Bootstrap demo store, and fresh install with BVC 2017, is quite similar in how it is constructed.

The Foundation 4 theme is still included with BVC 2017 but for new sites or redesigns we strongly recommend using Bootstrap 3.
