Using responsive theme. I have the application installed in a folder called /estore/. Where can I update the links in the header for the pages below?
contactus.aspx
MyAccount_Orders.aspx
cart.aspx

You will need to edit the Header.ascx control in your theme folder (i.e. /BVModules/Themes/YOUR_THEME/controls/).
