Is there some sort of option in BVAdmin that will enable a return form? or some sort of default return form.
I ask this because I see in the Policies section in BVAdmin that there is a:
Return Page completed
Return Page body
Return Page Introduction
I imagine that there is some form already created in BV5 admin to use an to customize that will utilize these pages?
Does anyone know if this is true or can point me in the right direction before I start creating a form from scratch when there is already something availble.
Thank all for you time and consideration in helping me,
Dan

To add to this, I am unclear of the concept of the RMA feature in BV5. I do not see how this has streamlined anything and likely I do not understand how it work. In BV4 a customer filled out a template and it was emailed to the admin. In BV5, there is a great feature in Orders/Returns. Is there a way for a customer to fill out a template and it show up in ton Return page? If it can then we can approve returns from the Return page and only visit their invoice to make adjustments/Credit, etc... This would streamline things and alleviate us having to manually move once in their invoice.
Any thoughts on the concept behind this feature? |

Once you place an order and the admin has enabled returns, there is a button when you review an order that allows you to return items. It will open a form to be filled in and from that point the admin settings will change the path taken for that return. Either automatic approval or manual approval, etc. |
