Cross sells aren't appearing on the way to the shopping cart, although I have followed the directions in the tutorial video.
Is there another selection that may be overriding this process?
Thanks in advance for any troubleshooting thoughts!

I found the overriding selection! The inventory for the "gift box" was set to active and "zero" so the gift box did not appear as a cross sell. I hope this helps someone else!
