All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, none of the orders for our store are going through. We're using LinkPoint, and no settings have changed, etc. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem? |

Are you getting any errors in the event log or anywhere else?

No errors that I can see (I haven't checked the event log -- where is that?). When I go to the order and try to process manually, it just runs and runs and I never get an error or anything. |

Go to Options->Event Log (in the dark green sub menu) right after running a transaction and see if you get any errors.

Nothing regarding payment -- just a couple of "Failure sending mail" and "Low Stock Report Failed" errors. |

Also, when I view orders and go to an order that didn't go through (didn't get billed), and click Authorize I get a server error. |

Our linkpoint quit working early April. We were in the process of switching to authorize.net anyway so we just expedited it.
