Hello,
I am attempting to add a Coupon Code to identify a group of users who will receive special suppport.
How do I do that?

In the admin go to the Marketing tab. Then create a new offer; select the type of offer (Buy One Get One, Free Shipping, Order Total, Product, Shipping) from the dropdown and click the "New" button. On the offer edit screen check the "Requires promotional code" checkbox and enter your coupon code in the "Required promotion code" textbox. |

Aaron,
Thank you. I created a new offer and entered my information. How do I attach this sale to a particular product? I looked into the "Edit Product" screen but I'm a bit lost.

If you only want it to apply to specific products, then you need to create a Product offer. On the edit screen for this offer you can decide which products apply to it. |
