I was wondering if there was a way to customize so that i can make a tab section that will use the sub categories, similar to the header category menu. After doing that i want to get tabs that show peers of current page on the tabs.

I'm probably just being thick, but I've read your post three times and I'm still not sure exactly what you mean. Can you show us a sample site or perhaps list a category tree? Thanks.

well what i wanted to do was make a subcategories section that was in tabs instead of in grid form. I think i figured it out though. I just used the category menu to get the subcategories(had to take out the parents and peers),through a new control, and then styled it to look like tabs.
