Many times customers do not add coupon code prior to checkout but call us to add prior to processing order.... There is an option at the bottom of the page that allows you to add the promo code.... Each time I try to add the code I get the following error... I am using most current version and did not worked and the prior version as well.

That bug has been around for a long time -- what I have been doing is using the Admin discount box to apply the Coupon amount to the order
