Hello,
Many of my items are set to not track inventory and always be in stock... This works great for the end user when making an order... However, if the admin is placing a phone order and using the "New Order" option the cart says the following and will not let me add to cart. Yes my QTY is set to at least 1.
Only 0.0000000000 of the item KA-AG-18 are available for purchase. Please adjust your requested amount.
I changed the inventory to the following..... Set to out of stock (allow orders) and it works fine....
Or, If I leave as Leave in stock, do not track inventory... Again if set at 0, the admin cannot add to order but the customer can... If I add a inventory number above 1 then the admin can add it to the cart....
Can this be corrected? I have over 1500 products all set to Do not track inventory... Thus far it seems it only impacts phone orders.... End user has no problems. |

Sounds like the bug I have already reported -- what I found was that even if you have it set to Show Out of Stock, ALlow Orders, you still cannot order an item from the Admin New Order screen. You can, however, "Edit" an order and add it to cart. I need this fixed ASAP as well. |
