It is my understanding that OrderExport is supposed to be able to match up against QB service, inventory and non-inventory items. For some reason, when i sell a service item on my another ecommerce product and import it into QB 2005 Premium with the latest build of OrderExport, inventory and non-inventory items match up, but service items do not. I have a Service Item called PS31 in QB and an item for sale in my store with the same SKU. After a sale of that item in the store, importing the order into QB claims that the import was completed (no error messages) but the sale does not show up anywhere in QB. The custome does get imported no problem. Any ideas?

The QBServices file are not needed for BVC 2004.0 and later. The QBServices.asmx files only need to be installed on the server for BV Commerce 2 stores.

Check the export log and see if the OrderExport tool identified that ListID number for the QuickBooks item.
