If a product in an order is over 70 lbs, my client needs that order to be charged 0.00 for shipping so he can enter a custom freight charge later on. I made a work flow item that will change the shipping to 0.00 on the final calculation of the order, but the shipping charges still show up in step2.aspx. Anyone know the right place to put the workflow item to prevent this? I'm thinking I might just need to make a user control and I can include on the page.
