The products I am selling are all internet advertising products and therefore not returnable. Myaccount_Orders_Details.aspx includes the Return Items button and I don't want users to see this. Is there anyway to globally disable Return Items from BVAdmin or do particular pages or user controls have to be edited. If the latter, what pages/controls need to be changed? Thanks.

Found it, there is a global setting under Options/Returns that enables/disables the return feature.
