I have a client who is requesting a customization to the shopping cart.
I run a creative agency who traditionally reskins BVCommerce and sticks to the CSS and master & component files.
I thought I'd run the request past the gang here to see if there are any interested BV Commerce developers.

The store is BVCommerce 5 SP2.
The customization is a Zip Code management feature.
The company running this online store has a few locations.
The online store at the moment is really to only support those locations and the customers of those store.
They only want to offer delivery to certain Zip codes on certain days.
And some Zip code/delivery day combo's are available for same day delivery if submitted before 1:00
Now I realize this seems unusual, and there are plenty of 'what if' scenario's to pose an argument against this delivery decision. But after triple checking, it's how the client wants to run things for now.
So here is the workflow:
One overall Zip Code management feature.
1) We need to create a routine to allow the user to specify a delivery day. Perhaps an alteration of the usual 1day/2day/3day/Ground shipping options. But we want to preserve the software's OEM functions for when the client wants to expand to traditional shipping to anywhere (so what we do, must be reversible).
2) An alert when a chosen Day/Zipcode combo is not compatible with each other.
3) When the user enters their Zip code and chosen day AND IF the system finds that they are compatible THEN the system runs a check to see if that Zip code is within the list of same day delivery AND if it earlier than 1:00pm Eastern. IF all checks = Yes, then an alert pops up saying ?you are eligible for same day delivery for $xx, would you like it? Yes/no?
That's the gist of it.
