What's the easiest way to send a "Customer-Satisfaction/How did we do?" email 2 weeks after an order has shipped?



Can this be done via the workflow pipeline? Or would it need to be done elsewhere, due to the fact it needs a "timer" (shipped-date + 2 weeks)/

Hello,


I really like Outllook 2007 w/ Business Contact Manager. It uses SQL Server like BV. You can imort all you accounts and integrate with email. And create schedules, email campaigns and such. Take a look.
