Order Import Stops on First Cancelled Order

While importing orders, the import goes fine for the first 5273 orders and then stops on 5274. Best I can tell, order number 5274 is the first cancelled order in this group of orders. Is there a trick to get the import tool to go on with orders when a cancelled order is encountered?

I decided to try to re-import the orders again (two more times in fact) and the order import tool stopped in two different places. I no longer feel that this issue is related to cancelled orders.

How many orders are you trying to import? It could be some sort of timeout issue. Also, have you checked the log file in the folder with the import tool to see if it is generating any errors? |
