Well I think it is fixed. My friend at Oracle recommend that I re-apply SP2 for SQL Server Standard 2005. It seemed to have fixed the problem. I have no ideal why. So wierd everything was working fine then poof. Thanks for your help.
Only thing now is that mscorsvw.exe is taking a lot of CPU time.
