The final version was released for download last evening and will start being pushed through auto-updates in the next week or so. I imagine BVC is fine running under IE7...anyone test it out yet?

BVC5 is perfectly fine under IE7. I think there is one issue in a couple of the themes (Print Book, I think) related to floating in IE7 (IE7 still has some CSS issues), but the stylesheets have been updated to take care of that in the themes downloadable from http://www.promotionsickness.co.../bvc5-theme-factory.aspx.

Definitely feel free to post if you see any issues elsewhere.

BVC looks great in IE7. I've done all the development and testing of my site (www.bestgames.com.au) with IE7 beta on Vista and it looks great.
The cool part is that if you make it look right in IE7 will also look right in FF and Opera. Not 100% but closer than a website that looks allright in IE6 and you can't read it in FF.
The administration part also works as expected.

That's definitely a plus for developers who have up until now been doing their CSS work in IE6 and then just testing in Firefox, Safari, etc. (shame, shame ;). I would still develop in Firefox because it does continue to out-pace IE7 in web standards compatibility, but at least developers have more of a choice now.
