The Default Admin Account has access to everything yet is assigned to NO roles? I do not see any other type of indicator that would allow this account to have access to areas when there is no role defined to set its permissions.

Am I missing something here?

In RolePermission.FindByUserId it checks the UserId against the admin account id and if it matches it does a FindAll

So if I rename the user from Admin to "XYZ" what happens to acess to the Admin Area?

It checks the actual id of the UserAccount, not the user name.
