If you go here: http://166.82.95.120/Products/Cat5E-Network-Patch-Cord--No-Boot---1-Foot__Cat5ENB-1.aspx When you change the color, it should pull up a picture of that color. It worked prior to SP1 thanks Chris |
Thanks,

Hi,
It worked for me after adding the item to the cart, clicking on the link to edit. When it takes you back to the product page, you can change the color in the dropdown and the picture changes. Of course, you should not have to do this for it to work.

Works for me when I follow Bob's steps as well. Did not work prior to adding to cart. Which choice is this drop down? I'd like to utilize it.
Thanks

The problem is due to this, http://www.bvsoftware.com/Forums/default.aspx?f=81&m=41572Justin has marked it fixed so it should start working with the next release of SP1. |

Yep, there is a bug in SP1 BETA 1, which will be resolved in BETA 2 (which is being released this afternoon) that keeps these pages from updating. |

Can someone explain which option this is in product choices to get this feature to work or where it is in the manual?

That's a critical feature that I'm going to guess most had no clue existed in BVC5. That example certainly doesn't give any indication of the capability in action.
That's a key selling feature for many, just my 2 cents but that should be broken out in the manual very clearly.
You don't even get to the point of being able to pull up the image until after you save changes, move on, then come back to the product and select edit customer choices. At that point the additional images can be pulled in.

You can click the Update button instead of the Save Changes button to save and stay in the product. |

Cliff, thanks. It's a cool feature and I unless I'm missing it, it's not really all that well represented.
