We are a service oriented company (laurastamm.net) and it is imparitive our people do a good job in the field (we teach hockey players how to skate). As I see it, we have a couple of options.

Product Review: Once the sku product is delivered we create a new sku for the next season. Is there a way we can get the past product reviews to display in all of the new products (different sku's) within a catagory or sub Catagory? Presently we use a testimonial page.

Evaluation forms: I would like to add a couple Evaluation forms to our web site (on BV5 software in test stage) and have them emailed to me by our customers. They can be rather simple in nature (question - fill in the blank or choose an option) and can be written in straight html if needed. These results do not need to go into the database. What is the best or easiest way to set this up? And should I use BV5's mail handler or is there a better way?

Ideally we would like to use both options for different applications.

Is there a template out there somewhere that I can edit? Keep in mind, I'm not a programmer. I just dab at it. My courage far exceeds my knowledge.

My gut feeling is BV4 was great. But BV5 is far better and is most likely easier to adapt to our needs. It's just going to take some time to get use to different way of thinking.

Hmm, this kind of functionality is not easily done out of the box. It could be done fairly quickly, but would require some developer know how. Although a user defined form feature that could be on any custom page would be a nice one for a feature request. :-) I'll make a note of it.

I think a customer survey/evaluation addon would be well received. We're currently trying to wrangle with this as well and would gladly pay for it.
