New Purcahse Question - Which Files to Load First?

I just purchased BV5 and received 3 files to download along with the license key. The 3 files are "BV-Commerce-5-SP1.zip", "BVC501ToSp1.zip" and "BVC_501_Patch.zip". I started with the Setup.exe file in BV-Commerce-5-SP1.zip which loaded the BV application on my local machine. I have MS Framework 2.0 loaded after using a BV5 sample site and the bulk upload tool, but after starting the BV machine on my local computer and trying to ftp the files to my new appliedi.net host using BV's Site Manager I received a sql error note.
I went to MS.com/sql and downloaded and installed MS SQL Server 2005 Express and restarted Site Manager, filled in the info, and the SQL error message is no longer present. After about 3 hours it appears it is still uploading files - hopefully so far so good. Assuming it all goes as planned, I am now wondering which of the next 2 zipped files do I apply to the site, and do I need to ask appliedi.net to set the correct permission settings in IIS, etc as is noted in the BV5 setup documentation prior to installing the patches?
Any assistance is welcomed - I am hoping to have the install ready to go today so I can "go crazy" with prduct feeds and CSS tweeks all week.

Tim,
You only need to load BV-Commerce-5-SP1.zip which includes the other two patches already.

Wayne at appliedi.net performed the entire setup process for me and I am up and running. Great product and great service - thank you very much to both BV and Appliedi.
