460 OPEN: Handling Returns: Notification emails

Hi Guys,
Just before you finish the SP2 please look into this issue as well. When people request to return an item there is no notification email or workflow started so I get no notification about that.
I just clicked (first time since we opened the shop) on the returns links and I noticed there were 3 return requests pending there. They are all 2 months old so I guess the customer does not want to return them anymore and I feel bad about contacting them now.
It would be nice if:
1. There would be a notification email sent to the admin
2. There would be a date recorded with the return request. (The orders are two months old but I have no idea when the returns were placed).
