Hello, We're getting ready to launch a site. We went in to clear out all of the test orders. Upon doing so, we were about 4 in and now, every time we try to click on any of the detailed order information. I've attached the order. Initially, it looks like something is out of synch, because I can see many orders. Here's a screenshot.  |

Were you deleting the orders manually, or from the database? |

I was going into the admin backend. So, it was through the site. I'm having the db restored from yesterday so we can move forward. |

I've hit that same msg several times as well. Particularly when I'm moving back and forth using the web browser back and forward buttons. Sometimes it locks up pretty bad.
I fix mine by just closing my browser and reopening it.

The odd part about this error is that there isn't any columns in the order table that would allow a NULL value. What version of the software are you working with? SP1 or an SP2 beta? |
