Is this for all orders, or just a particular order?

All orders.

If I put in a Try Catch block around this area the order loads but I have no product choice information shown (i.e none of the product modifier or text input info is shown on the line item). If I then edit the order and add a new item to the order with product modifier info filled in it does show on the added order.

This is a dead in the water issue so a quick fix to this is needed.

We are working on it currently. Can I get access to the database that this is happening on?

Unfortunately not. However, I can dig in the db and get you anything you need. Feel free to call me or email me directly.
