I was editing PayFlow Pro Gateway at Admin Panel. It asks for 'Certs Folder'. Does anybody know what that is and how I can enter it?

I resolved the problem. Thanks to Everett for all his help. If anybody encounters the same problem, just download the Payflow Pro file from the Payflow management panel. There is a Cert file. It needs to be placed under BIN, then the root directory needs to be entered in Payment Tab at the admin panel.
