I signed onto my site as one of my customers with the store open. I clicked on 'Your Account' and entered an address (below), and received a runtime error. I tried this several times. If I use my Google bar's autofill, my address is stored correctly. If I use my Google bar's autofill, and change the state, I get a runtime error sometimes. It almost seems if I click on 'Save changes' too fast, or if I leave the cursor in a feild the error pops up, sometimes. Any ideas? Does it work for you if you don't use the Google Bar? Addresses are not checked for accuracy, like does the zipcode match the city. I suspect something with the Google Bar. I don't use it, so I can't test for the issue. |

Chris, No matter how the address is entered. I just tried again with Firefox, Net and IE... Runtime error four times in a row. MitchA attached the following image(s): addy-server-error.jpg (51kb) downloaded 5 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register. |

The address control wasn't having its settings updated on each postback and so the page was seeing different controls. Please try replacing the page and let me know if it solves your problem. The page is in the root of the web site. File Attachment(s): MyAccount_AddressBook_New.aspx.vb (4kb) downloaded 3 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register. |

That did it. 12 in a row - I did everything I could to try to break it, including a 40 digit phone number.
Thanks. |
