Not sure if this is an SP2 bug or migration bug, so I'm posting in both as well as a ticket. All new orders since migration using latest tool into SP2 are numbered "0". I have attempted many solutions, but the problem persists... Our migration was not flat out, Products and Images were imported in SP1 and then reworked until SP2 release. Once functionality was achieved, with several test orders placed successfully with incremental order numbers (numbered 1001-1010), we imported Users and Orders. However, it was not the migration that the numbering error started. These orders are creating unique bvin's in the SQL and unique entries - they just won't number anything other than "0". This is happening in both my stores - using the same method. Picture 2.png (111kb) downloaded 9 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register. |

In the bvc_WebAppSettings table there are three values:
OrderNumberSeed OrderNumberStepHigh OrderNumberStepLow
What are the numbers in these three fields? |

I would open a support ticket for this issue so that we can look into it a bit further. http://www.bvsoftware.com/Support/Default.aspx |
