I'm trying to set up so customer service reps have access to Order and User Information - I've figured out how to edit/create a group that allows those folks only have access to those two sections, so that they can see order information -- but on the Order Information Screen, there is no information on Shipping/Tracking Info. How can I set it up so that the reps are able to view the shipping/tracking information so they can relay it to the customer?

As a note to Marcus and staff: Order Tracking information should be included on this page, along with the Payment Information and Notes. You can click on the Shipping button and see this, but I can't find out how to give access to this page to "sub-full-admin" users.

I figured out that in order for a user to be able to get the shipping info you have to give them Order-Edit permissions, not just Order-View -- that works for me right now, but it would be nice if the tracking info would be displayed so that a customer rep would not have the ability to edit an order if you did'nt want them to, and the tracking info is a big one that customers contact us about.
