Hi,
I am in Edit product of Admin and editing a specific item. I can see up sell and cross sell but I cannot see Related Items.
Would you please let me know where this funtion / menu is located?
NOTE: I am using BV5 SP2.

The Cross Sells replaced the Related Items feature.
You can turn off the Cross Sells page that is displayed when a user is adding an item to the cart under Options > Orders > Cart Settings. You can change the wording from “Additional Product Accessories” under Options > Site Terms > CrossSellTitle.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for your post but none of our products are imported with proper "RELATED ITEM" mapped to "Cross Sells". For example, most of them are listed as empty / without a cross sell item but with 2-3 related / suggestion items, which has been imported from BVC2004.
Do we have to manually add cross sell to each product?

Try reimporting your products using the tool. Justin updated the tool last week to map related items to cross sells.
It should be working now.
Let us know if this does not work. |
