Could you allow HTML in the Description for Check Options (Options > Payment > Check - Edit)?

Since we lost the "instructions" field that was in BVC 2004, we were going to use the "description" field to to display something like,
Please send your check, payable to <blah> to:
blah
blah
blah
Your order will ship when you check clears.
Is there a better way?

Under the Payment Options I have one that says "Send Check by Mail to ... Our address" Then I also put detailed instructions in the New Order Receipt Template for all options. Basically it says If you chose Pay by Check send your payment to. ...
You could probably also add some information to the Customer Print Invoice Template.
You could probably modify either one or both of those to fit your needs.
Just some thoughts.

Can we have the same HTML entry field for the Shipping methods?
I'd like to have something like this for the user:
$1234 - Door-to-door Courier
(small)This requires signature on delivery so please make sure there is someone available to sign for the parcel.
No POBOXes accepted.
$4567 - Standard Australia Post
POBOXes accepted ... blah blah.
