<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">I have a several questions regarding the BV5 admin tool:
1. I have created CANCELLED option for orders:<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica"> Options->Orders->Order Status->Edit Order Status Codes and create a new one called "Cancelled" but I don’t see it anywhere in the Order Manager. How should I cancel the order if I don’t want to delete it?
2. How should I take out the SHIPPING RATES button on the cart.aspx page, since everything we sell has free shipping? Should I just comment it out in the code or there’s a checkbox somewhere?
3. How do I add Return form to the Return page?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica">3. How do I add Contact Us form to the Contact Us page? It’s says: <SPAN style="COLOR: black">[3]Please fill out the form below in it’s entirety, [/3]<SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; COLOR: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">[3]but I can’t find the way to add that form. 4. How do I add more shipping companies to the SHIPPING BY drop down menu on the Order Manager page? Let’s say if I want to add Watkins or BestWay. Also, how do I enter just a tracking number for the order without printing the shipping label and make it track able for the customer?
Thank you![/3]<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><o:p></o:p>

Hello Michael.
1. The first step is navigating to the order manager. Next, click on the third icon for an order. This is the “status” icon. This will direct you to the “order details” page. Below the “<< Order Manager” button located in the top right corner of the page, you will see two arrows that allow you to adjust the order status. Your new status should appear in this list. In SP2, we will add a drop down list of statuses on the Order Manager, where you can select an order from this page, or multiple orders, and change its status.
2. On “Cart.aspx”, there is a line “uc2:EstimateShipping ID="EstimateShipping1" runat="server"” that you can comment out.
3. The return form is automatically displayed if you have the “enable returns” checkbox selected under Options > Returns.
4. You can enable the contact form under People > Contact Us Config.
5. Adding additional shipping carriers, other than what’s built in (USPS, FedEx, UPS), you would need some custom programming. Additionally there is a DHL add-on. You can also use our built-in shipping methods and rename them to whatever you want. For example, you could create a “by-item” shipping method and call it “BestWay”. You can input the tracking number on the “ship items” page when processing an order. |

If I go to: Order Manager --> Order --> <SPAN id=ctl00_MainContent_lblOrderNumber>Order # Shipping --> There's a dropdown menu 'Shipping By' with the: FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service... I would like to add couple of more shipping carriers to update the tracking code in order for customers to able to track it online.
We have a option under Options-->Shipping---> Create New Shipping Methods... but I am not sure how to use it.
Any help?
