Fed Ex list rates - ? Not sure what these are.

Hi Mitch, The FedEx List Rates are a list of shipping rates usually published yearly that use a packages weight and the "Delivery Zone" to calculate the delivery charge. Though these rates must be retrieved through the real time service, they are in fact not real time rates. They are generally more expensive than real time rates, but act as a good tool for shipping managers who must forecast shipping costs. There is no problem using list rates with your store, but I would recommend using real time rates. Online shoppers are evolving and becoming more internet savvy. Many customers will go to another store if they feel like you are "padding" the shipping rates.
