I had a customer call me up in Live Chat and said she could only get Priority Mail to show up as a shipping choice (at the cost of $55). I talked her through a Shipping Rates check, which did show FedeX Ground based on her zip code, but when she got to the Checkout Page (one-page Checkout), after entering all her information, no FedEx choices showed up. She said she was using Google Auto-Fill. I said to make sure that BOTH the state and zip are correct, as this will cause a problem with FedEx. She did and it didn't show up. So I put the order through myself using her info and it showed up just fine.


After I put it through she went back and tried again and this time it worked! So perhaps is Autofill causing a problem that was cleared by my putting it through on my end (through the actual store, not using the New Order Page).

Hey Joe,

Thanks for the heads up on this. I don't use the Google Toolbar, but I will download it and try it out to see if that could be causing issues. I have heard a few other users mention issues with checkouts and shipping rates, and this makes me think you are on to something!
