Perhaps this has something to do with Mitch's issue with Pricing Groups, but I just discovered something, as I had a customer that belonged to a pricing group who was not getting the pricing group rates, yet when I logged in using her account and added to cart, it was giving the rate.


BUT -- I found that if you add to cart from a Detailed List page, even though that page displayed the correct pricing (in my case Pricing Group plus a Sales price), the Shopping Cart Page took off the Pricing Group rate and only displayed the sale. If you added to cart from the Product Page, the pricing ended up correct, AND all subsequent items added to cart, regardless of where they came from, calculated correctly. So there is a bug somewhere in the Detailed List template.



As a fix for now I'm switching to all Grid displays so the customers have to go to the Product pages.

As a follow up to this, if you select a customer within a Pricing Group in the New Order screen in Admin, it does not apply the Pricing Group discount there either.
