My Shipment Complete workflow is set to send a shipment notification to the Customer - yet I get one for each shipment. Where is that set/coming from? |

Joe,
Go to your workflow and edit it and set it again "To customer" and save it again. It should fix it. I've seen this before when the UI tells you something but the code knows something else.
Just "refresh" it's memory.

Thanks -- I actually think I got it fixed. The one I'm having trouble iwth is the vendor emails -- it's sending out two, sometimes three to the vendor for the same item(s). |

Edit that wf set it to customer again and SAVE IT again. I think the UI shows something while the code knows something else. If you refresh it, it will work.
