Redirect To Shopping Cart After Item Is Added-function or bug?

I have my store set not to redirect to cart after product is added to cart which seems to work fine from the product page, but it doesn't work for the bulk order product pages. Is this supposed to be the correct function or a bug? I will be using mostly bulk order forms for my store and this will be an import tool so people won't have to keep going back and forth from the cart.

Could be a bug in the "bulk order" template. Most likely the template isn't checking the setting before sending to the cart.
