Hi There, I might be being a numb skull but i can't seem to change the home page (or is it the Store Info page) in the demo site. The columns and content blocks that appear within the admin system bear no resemblance to the demo store front. Is this a limitation of the demo sites ? Also, please note that if you search in the forums using the word "demo" on its own with all defaults for the other options you get a SQL error - image attached Thanks Richard richtheo attached the following image(s):  bv err1.jpg (52kb) downloaded 157 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Richard,
Change the demo store theme from "Print Book" to "BV Commerce 5" or another one to see content colums. The "Print Book" theme uses a custom homepage that doesn't use the content columns.
We'll check into the search problem on the forums. Thanks for reporting it.

I've received the same timeout message on the search function many times if you use anything other than "All posts" - if you try and search for the "past 3 months" or some other timeframe you get the timeout error most of the time. |
