Im getting more and more orders that come in new into BV's order manager as "problem" order. They have the red icon. And, its usually due to customers entering in an incorrect billing address or expiration date. I've seen other shopping carts out there that wont allow a customer to submit an order unless everything has been corrected by the customer at order placement time. I think BV is set up to help avoid fraud orders since if someone wanted to , they could sit there and try combinations of data until they finally got the "ok" from the cart saying everything was correct. With BV, it takes the order even if the data is incorrectly entered by the customer. Then the store owner deals with it. Well, thats my question.....I'm really dealing with it. Seems like 1 in 7 orders are problem orders and I'm on the phone calling or emailing customers for the correct info, just so I can process their order. If I fail to follow up with the customer about the problem, days go by and they call asking "wheres my order?" (which I dont let this happen since I'm responsible). But, this process of fixing problem orders is wearing me out. Is there any way, or process that this can be automated or at least streamlined better?
