Unchecking the "Enable Returns" in the admin doesn't turn off the "Return Request" menu item under Customer Service. |

The Customer Service menu is controlled in the "Content" > "Columns" section of the admin. It uses a standard Side Menu block so that you can customize it any way you want. Because of this design decision there i sno way to automate the removal of the link. Simply remove from the side menu by editing that column. |

Remove the link at: Content>Columns>System Service Pages, edit the column links. |

Thanks. Somedays, the obvious and simple doesn't hit you right away. I guess my question then is what does checking/unchecking the box in the admin actually do? |
