Google Checkout Merchant Setup Step by Step?

In setting up the merchant account on the Google side there are several questions for which I see no clear answer. Specifically: Shipping Cart post security"For extra security, my company will only post digitally signed XML shopping carts. (Google should reject all others) Should this box be checked or unchecked for compatibility with BV? Next: <SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">API callback URL (Level 2 integrations only) Specify a URL for Google to notify you of new orders and changes in order state. You must provide the URL of a server running 128-bit SSLv3 or TLS I'm assuming the url should be https://www.mycompanyname.com/googlenotify.aspx In the BV instructions it's not https: and it's also not using the www.
