BV Commerce Hosting Questions: Where the attachment B?

Hello,
I've been trying to find out how much bandwidth, database and drive storeage is included with each plan. What the overage costs for each of the three items and I cannot find it for the life of me on the website.
The license agreement mentions attachment b, but I've not been able to locate that either.
g. Bandwidth and Storage Client agrees that use of the Services hereunder will not exceed the bandwidth and web site and email storage usage limits set out in the hosting offering in attachment B which is attached to and considered part of this agreement. Should the Client use any bandwidth or storage space in excess of the agreed upon numbers, Provider may, in its sole discretion, assess Client with additional charges, suspend the performance of the Service, or terminate this Contract. In the event that Provider elects to take any corrective action, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused pre-paid fees.
Is there an uptime guarantee and if so does it vary by plan.
Which version of SQL server is included in the semi-dedicated and dedicated plans? I would prefer SQL 2005 (not express).
Others seem to brag about Rackspace being their provider, you mention a higher tier provider. Which one and is it a Tier 1?
Love the look of the new hosting website you created. Nice work.
TIA
Chris

Chris,
Bandwidth and Storage varies by plans and our sales department would be happy to discuss it with you. Our goal is to design our services so that bandwidth is never a number that merchants need to consider. If you're using more bandwidth than we typically allocate you're most likely a good candidate to move up to the next plan.
All plans use shared SQL 2005 servers for databases. Semi-dedicated and dedicated plans have the option to use SQL 2005 Express OR we can price out a SQL 2005 license or a separate SQL 2005 server.
Our servers are hosted in a Peak 10/Level 3 facility in Richmond, VA. Bandwidth comes from Level 3 which is a Tier 1 provider.

Hello Marcus, Where would I find a copy of Attachment B which is mentioned in the license agreement during checkout on the hosting plans. Pretty hard to agree to something I cannot review. Also is there an uptime guarantee? One other question is there any documentation on BV Flex template language that I could see. Thanks for your replies. Chris

Chris,
99.9% uptime guarantee. There should not be a reference to attachment B. We'll update the agreement shortly.

Hello Marcus,
Can I access my database via enterprise manager or similar tool? Also, is there any documentation on the BV Flex template language? Let me know when section g. Bandwidth and Storage are finalized so we can figure out which plan meets out needs.
Thanks Chris

Hello,
I hope I can get an official answer about enterprise manager and the documentation on the BV flex template. Enterprise manager should be a simple yes/no. BVflex even if it isn't complete, please give us what ever your giving your new hosting customers that will be ok. Just the basics is ok for now.
Cheers, Chris

Those sound like questions that can be answered in a quick phone call (1-877-306-7939). |

Chris,
No, we do not offer Enterprise manager access to the database for BV Signature. One of the primary selling points of BV Signature is that we worry about the technical details of the web store while you are free to concentrate on running your business.
The latest version of BV Signature (release 12) includes a full set of documentation for BV Flex. If you have an existing demo store it is most likely already updated to release 12 and you'll find the documentation under Content->Themes in the admin.
