Oder Manager > Edit Order > Needs "Company Field" to continue.

On an order that is 'complete/paid/partially shipped', I can get to the 'edit order' screen, by when I select "shipping" or "Order Manager" from this screen an error message pops up informing me that the 'company' field is missing. This locks up until I enter "none" or go "back".

In the "Edit Order" screen, are the "Sold To" and "Ship To" company fields filled in? Does the problem go away if you click on Save Changes in the "Edit Order" screen and then click on Shipping? |

Sold to and ship to are identical and have no company filled in.
While on the "Edit Order Screen".... clicking 'Save Changes' brings up the missing 'Company is Required' field warning - even if I make no edits. The order I just tried is marked In Process/Unpaid/Unshipped.
I wouldn't think the 'company' feild should be looked once the order is entered. It's a voluntary field, no? |

You can make the company field required or not required in the admin,
BV Admin > Options > Site Settings > Addresses |
