Here's a "gotcha" that might get ya' the 1st time you set up a BVC site. If you've set up real-time shipping methods, but still keep seeing the message (both in the "Shipping Rates" pop-up of the Cart and the Checkout page itself)... Code:
$0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details
... the problem is probably that you haven't specified a physical address for the store yet (assuming your products are using the default of "Ship from Store." Go to (Admin) / Content / Store Info and specify a physical address. That should fix you up.

I've newly-configured a Paypal Express checkout, and when I return to the BV store from Paypal I get this message with a single radio button on BVModules/Checkouts/Paypal Express Checkout/Checkout.aspx even thought i've initialized the store info including physical address. Is there anything else that might trigger it? |
